There are a few places in the app where you can collect usage statistics.
On your Directory page, you can see the last time an employee logged in. It’s an option on the Magic Column:
1:1 Meetings and Anytime Feedback
For 1:1 Meetings and Anytime Feedback, the stats are found on the Insights tab. You can filter for specific dates or participants and search for keywords.

Performance Reviews and 360 Feedback
You’ll see participation stats for 360 Feedback and Performance Review cycles on the Administration page for that cycle.
The ring graph gives an overview of the participation. And clicking on the ‘Status’ header will sort the participants by status, so you can see who has not started.
You can also make CSV exports of the 360 and Review cycles. When you work with the CSV exports, you can dig into your data to spot trends across cycles.
